I changed my T-Mobile plan. I went from 4 lines to 1, and the price went down by only $64. I am single so no senior discount on the plan I want, and also not eligible for one of the plan benefits.Do better, #TMobile. Stop discriminating against your single customers.

So my @TMobile account is screwed up and has been for sometime.I have dreaded fixing it as it would of course take several hours on the phone with TMobile.So the wife's phone number is tied to my email address and vice versa. Just fix it why do I have to be on the phone.

@JohnLegere What I don't like is that I seen deals for customers to switch over TMobile that me being a TMobile customer like 3 1/2 and 4 years can't get. Makes no sense to me. Those lil gifts they give on T-Mobile Tuesdays most of the time and that's like 90% are totally useless to me.

@TMobile my reward I claimed for Atom tickets yesterday on the app is claiming it expired even though it says it’s valid for 5 more days. I never used the code. I need to be given a new code so I can actually buy the movie ticket

@brigaminja @TMobileHelp I used to work for T-mobile and since you pay after you use your service, you get charged from the start of your bill cycle until the day you canceled. It may be prorated if you canceled before the bill was set to charge.
