This 5G-UC **** is a joke. How is it that I have full bars and everything is slow?? I have to switch to LTE to have my service working. Also 5G works fine with out the UC connection. @TMobileHelp @MetroByTMobile @MetroSupport ya need to get it together.

@Flagpole_Canada T-Mobile has some rural sites that use geo satellites for backhaul and yes the latency is awful. Using Starlink instead would be great but to the end user it’ll just appear as any other lte/5G coverage.

At least with the new iPhone, we can connect to the satellite to send our location in case of an emergency (w/o any service) since T-Mobile never has any service once we’re outside of the metropolitan area. #AppleEvent

@brigaminja @TMobileHelp I used to work for T-mobile and since you pay after you use your service, you get charged from the start of your bill cycle until the day you canceled. It may be prorated if you canceled before the bill was set to charge.
