Shelby, North Carolina Ollie Marie Clark Bramlett 1932 — 2024 Ollie Bramlett, 91 died peacefully Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Ollie was born in Burlington, North Carolina to Olie Vestal and Clara Clark. She was a graduate of U.S.C, Spartanburg School of Nursing ADN and a graduate of U.S.C, Columbia, BSN. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. She retired from the Greenville Hospital System as Nurse Manager of the Memorial Medical Clinic. Ollie was a member of ERBC and BCBC and involved in foreign mission trips including Brazil. He was 97 years old and lived life to the fullest. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, his brother Gail Young, his sister Laurel Dillon and son-in-law, Don Critcher. She was born October 1, 1923 in Spindale, NC to Vernon W. Yelton and Nelle Toms Yelton and was the last survivor of seven children. Fern served in the U.S. Navy working at the Navy Department in Washington, DC and was later employed at the Federal Reserve Bank.
